ANOVIA HEALTH: Practice Medicine, Not Metrics
Anovia Primary Care Providers think they can change the world. . .
We're not going to dissuade them.
Because at Anovia Health, we’ve structured the primary care experience based on the input of providers, patients, and the companies that pay for the care.
Right now, you're dealing with overbooked schedules, inbox overflow, after-hours charting, and decisions shaped more by reimbursement than by clinical judgment.
Quite frankly, it's not why you went into primary care.
With Anovia, providers get: Small clinic settings. Physician-led care teams.
Fewer administrative barriers. No expectations of after-hours charting. A model that restores depth, autonomy, and long-term relationships — for both patients and providers.
If you want to be a part of this movement, keep reading.
Meet Anovia Health
Anovia Health is an independent direct primary care organization re-introducing how primary care is delivered in Wisconsin. Anovia delivers comprehensive, traditional primary care through a straightforward cash model based on the philosophy that people should pay for basic routine care but insure for risk. Ninety-nine percent of Anovia patients come to us through an employer relationship. That means no billing games. No insurance runarounds. No fragmented incentives.
Launched in 2021, today Anovia has over 40,000 patients and 150 company partners.
We deliver care through 13 community-based clinics and 4 employer-based sites statewide.
We will add several new locations in 2026. We focus on accessibility and long-term value.
We are physician-led, privately owned, financially stable, and not
affiliated with any hospital network.
In 2024, Anovia was awarded the Hint Health DPC Growth Award, given to a direct primary care provider that has demonstrated exceptional growth.
And in an upcoming national study to be released soon: in a four-year case study, an employer partnering with Anovia avoided more than $1.1 million in healthcare costs — while patients reported exceptional satisfaction, including a Net Promoter Score of 83. Better access and stronger relationships drive both outcomes.
Our culture is pragmatic and forward-moving. We hire providers who want to
focus on care — and we’ve built the structure that lets them.

Primary care shapes communities. When it’s structured well, it transforms how people experience healthcare — and how providers experience their careers.
We’re building something durable and forward-moving. If this reflects the kind of medicine you believe in, we’re ready when you are.
